Starting with a blank slate, this one bedroom pied-a-terre required only a refresh to the existing flooring plus two new paint colors. After that, it was all about pinpointing a contemporary, casual and colorful design concept. Dark blue walls mix with wood tones in the bedroom switching to light taupe walls in the living space. Both get a shot of bright oranges and blues to add tonal interest to create a fresh new living space.
